Onboarding Technical Agent

As an Onboarding Technical Agent at Bambora DevCode you have a key role in our merchant integration team. You will be working with one of our two state of the art products, PaymentIQ

DevCode Payment is a software company specialized in payments and reconciliation. We have extensive experience in the field of online gaming transactions and we have some really exciting clients using our payment and reconciliation services. We have implemented payment solutions from all around the world, meeting the highest requirements on availability, performance, security and flexibility.

We think you like to be part of the whole process from helping the customer from test to go live in production. For customers to integrate to PaymentIQ is not just a daywork, you and the merchant need technical skills and understanding of the whole flow.


  • Create test and production MIDs
  • Guide the merchant during the whole integration from test to production
  • Provide timely response, meeting the defined delivery according to the agreement in time
  • Interact with Key Account Managers during the integrations who will help with different tasks


  • Solution-driven with a strong analytical ability
  • Incredibly service minded with a great interest and understanding in technology
  • Truly flexible; able to shift tasks and priorities


  • Previous experience as a Technical Support Agent
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Fluent in English and Swedish both written and spoken
  • If you understand how to open the developer tool in a website and can guide yourself around to maybe find the issue, then you know which level you should have to enjoy working with us.


  • It’s nice, but not required, if you have insight in Java, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Eclipse or Git
  • Previous experience of the payment industry
