We are a data driven growth-oriented business looking for a Growth Analyst to further strengthen our Growth Management team with focus on our SMB business. You will be responsible for driving and conducting analysis and reporting to drive insights for our growth leaders to support decision making and further profitable growth.

A day in the life

You’ll be expected to initiate and run with projects like:
  • Conduct analysis and drive recommendations supporting our sales and growth efforts building further knowledge around our business, customers and growth initiatives
  • Drive and execute on marketing and sales activities and campaigns together with Sales & Marketing
  • Provide regular performance reporting and insights from e.g. lead generation, marketing campaign activities, and sales performance
  • Contribute in the development of our growth related KPIs, set and implement standards for way of working with reporting and insights,

Skills and experience:

  • University degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering or similar
  • 0-3 years of experience from consulting, marketing or/and financial reporting, modeling and analytics
  • Excellent skills and experience of working with the Office suite (in particular Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience of working with big volumes of data in tools such Python, Tableau and Excel is considered an advantage
  • Experience from working with marketing automation/CRM tools such as Pardot, Marketo, Salesforce or HubSpot is a big plus
  • Fluency in both the Swedish and English language
