Process Analyst - Operations

JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES    

In the role as Process analyst you will continually work to improve efficiency and quality across the Operation’s processes and tools. You will actively identify needs and opportunities, prioritize and translate them into requirements with supporting business cases and benefits. In the role you will also be leading the implementation of new initiatives, processes and systems, making sure that our organization can deliver world class service to our customers. You will be the bridge between Operations, Product and external suppliers and be responsible for the overall time plan, budget and quality for the implementations.

  • You will translate the business needs into requirements and align with stakeholders and peers
  • You will conduct pre-studies including business evaluation, market analysis, strategic fit- and gap analysis
  • You will analyse existing processes and tools with the goal of identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement
  • You are the interface to external suppliers and will coordinate the contract negotiation

  • You enjoy working in a fast paced environment where prioritization is key
  • Most of all, you get things moving forward

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4-6 years of previous experience of process and system improvement work
  • Experience of working in complex environments with multiple flows and processes
  • Experience from managing relationships with vendors/suppliers
  • Fluent in Swedish and English

Meriting

  • Project leader experience or Implementation/Process Consultant
  • Understanding of the payments industry and landscape
