Technical Product Owner

Do you want to build world class, innovative products and shape the future of global payments? We are looking for a Technical Product Owner to join our Product team in Stockholm. As a Technical Product Owner you will work with the full merchant lifecycle of our card acquiring and SMB products. You will need to understand the business and especially the technology objectives. You also need to be able to communicate a product vision as well as prioritize and translate needs into requirements.

JOB DESCRPITION & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Gather requirements from internal and external stakeholders and conduct product requirements
  • Explain the vision of different initiatives to the development teams
  • Prioritize the backlog to achieve maximum value throughput
  • Write user stories, tasks and manage backlog
  • Present user stories in backlog refinements with the development teams to jointly plan the sprints
  • Communicate with external stakeholders the ongoing progress

  • You are not afraid of different kind of tasks and as much as you like to work with both the business and technical aspects you also like to deep dive into certain areas on occasion

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A few years of previous experience from working as a product owner or similar roles such as business analyst, developer, process developer or analyst
  • A deep understanding of agile methods and ways of working
  • An interest in:

o   Regulatory compliance
o   Strategic technology initiatives

Meriting

  • Previous experience from fintech or payment industry
  • Previous experience from programming
