Operational Improvement Manager

Are you looking for your next job challenge? We are looking for an Operational Improvement Manager to join our Operations team! 

As Operational Improvement Manager you will be a key player in supporting our future global expansion. You will support the COO in developing our operations, both locally, regionally and worldwide. 

Your main objective is to make sure operations is scalable, efficient and ready for future needs and initiatives. This involves driving both smaller continuously improvements, as well as bigger projects end to end, where performing gap and requirement analysis, define future state, creating business cases, and driving the execution of the deliveries. You easily maintain a strategic understanding while focusing and working on the details for both processes and tools. You understand what a good customer experience look like and can easily identify and resolve pain points in the customer journey.

In the role as Operational Improvement Manager you will be based at our head office in Stockholm but working with various teams within Ingenico Group and Bambora. You will report to the COO also based in Stockholm.

  • You consider yourself both a strategist and doer 


  • Previous experience of working with business requirements in the landscape between business and IT
  • Previous experience of improving internal systems and processes
  • Curious about payments and eager to learn
  • Fluent in Swedish and English


  • Previous experience in a project leading role
  • Experience from managing relationships with vendors/suppliers and implementing new systems
