JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES

As Chief Risk Officer (CRO) you will be utmost responsible for that all risks are analyzed, controlled, reported and communicated in a way that enables mitigating action. This will ensure that risk taking is within the defined Risk Appetite. You are also responsible for ensuring that the Risk Appetite and Risk Strategy defined locally at Bambora is supporting the overall business objectives and risk management objectives of Ingenico Group.

Furthermore, you will be leading and coaching the risk team and compliance team in their daily activities. In the role it is also important to interact, collaborate and drive the development of the risk framework and process in Ingenico Group.  

You will be reporting to the Chief Risk Officer of Ingenico based in France.

  • You are comfortable to take decisions and lead the organization to execute
  • You have a great business understanding and high integrity
  • You have excellent leadership skills and a solution-oriented mind set
  • You are pro-active and thrive in a large and complex organization with multiple stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 7-10 years of previous experience of risk management. A generalist background is preferred over a specialist background.
  • Previous experience from working in a regulated business
  • Curious about the payment industry or eager to learn
  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English

Meriting

  • Previous experience from the financial industry
  • French speaking
