IT Security Risk & Compliance Lead

Your main responsibility as IT Security Risk & Compliance Lead is to ensure operationally the adherence to industry standard and regulations applicable to the Business Line’s, lead the end-to-end execution of the security risk management and manage a small team of IT Security Analysts.

You will lead a small team of information security analysts working closely with our Security and IT teams in all Nordic countries and Ingenico group.

The role will also have responsibility Business Governance, Business Continuity and processes and adherence to FSA requirements.


  • Ensure efficient Stakeholder management and communication between the Platform teams, CTO management team, Infrastructure and the Security teams
  • Manage and maintain the internal and external (third parties) security compliance framework based on Legislation, Company Policies, PCI-DSS and ISO 27001/2 with a strong emphasize on the PCI DSS Rolling Assessment program
  • Plan, coordinate  and follow-up end-to-end the applicable PCI certification assessment in the business line
  • Manage the end-to-end execution and reporting of the security risk management
  • Track operationally the adherence to regulations applicable to Ingenico in the Group and Business Line scope
  • Manage the communication regarding risks & compliance initiatives
  • Support the legal teams on security clauses review in customer and partner contractual agreement and Business in responding to customer RFP in regards to information security management topics

  • Flexible


  • Master Degree in Computer Science or comparable degree programs
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in information security
  • Knowledge in IT security management
  • Strong understanding of IT environments and currently leading technologies
  • Ability to manage & remediate security issues within their business context and security impact
  • Fluent in English both in written and oral communication


  • Cloud security experience
  • Knowledge about PCI DSS and especially PCI PIN
  • ISA, CISM and/or CISSP certification
  • Experience form the financial industry
  • People management experience
