As our Web Master you will, with your understanding for the business requirements and web development, be the key player in taking our Web to next level. Our web, Bambora.com, that you will master was launched in the beginning of 2019 and has a well maintained structure and limited legacy. Since the web is in its early stage we have an ambitious web roadmap ahead of us and hence extending the team.

Our Web is global with all development taking place in Stockholm by our web team, which you will be part of. You will be key in ensuring that the international cooperation about the web works efficiently by involving Bambora colleagues across the globe and collect requests, give status updates and align priorities. The web team is part of the larger Marketing team, consisting of content and creative, campaign and marketing and online acquisition. You will of course also have other interfaces within Bambora depending on projects e.g. product owners, sales managers and analysts.

You will be responsible for

  • Delivering on web requests to business stakeholders
  • Being the main contact person for web operations and development
  • Being the key interface to international stakeholders in web operations
  • Prioritizing the backlog in the web team
  • Testing and quality assurance of the web development
  • Developing the web with e.g. tags to enable efficient and data driven marketing
  • Being the super user in the content management system
  • Specifying business requirements to tasks ready for development together with designers and developers
  • Creating emails, banners based on designer’s input
  • Improve UX of the website – working closely with design

In order to thrive in this role we believe you are te­­­­­ch savvy and not afraid to roll up the sleeves and try new things. We also believe you are structured, communicative and detailed in your way of working.  

Desired skills and experiences

  • Practical and theoretical experience of web development, maintenance, servers, databases and design
  • Experience working in an agile development setting
  • Experience of coordinating or drive projects in an international fast changing, complex environment 
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of coding e.g. JavaScript, HTML & CSS
  • Fluent in English and Swedish is required
  • Experience of working in following systems
    • Content management systems, preferably Craft 
    • Website tag management tools and solutions, preferably Google Tag Manager
    • Marketing automation system, preferably Marketo
    • Customer relationship management system, preferably Salesforce
