Security Governance Specialist

In the role as Group Security Governance Specialist you will lead the implementation of the security governance model across Ingenico Group by managing and defining policies and standards for security capabilities across Ingenico. To ensure the alignment between Group and Business Lines you will collaborates with CTO Office members to enforce the security policies and standards to technology processes, reports metrics and dashboards related to security governance committees and key indicators on security capabilities to senior management.


  • Coordinate with representatives across Ingenico to maintain the Ingenico security policy framework and supporting requirements
  • Collaborate with IT architects to ensure security strategies and policies are integrated into security architecture, data and information protection standards and guidelines
  • Collaborate with the Risk and Compliance Leads to outline instructions on the definition of regulatory standards and policies
  • Fluidify communication of inputs, outputs and escalations between committees and ensure actions are followed-up
  • Enforce the strategic engagement with the Business Lines, enhancing collaboration and understanding of the security capabilities across Ingenico through the governance committees between Group and Business Lines

  • You have high abstraction and analysis skills


  • Master Degree in Computer Science or comparable degree programs
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in cybersecurity with experience of performing a similar role in other organizations
  • Great communication skills and fluent in English since you will collaborate with different types of stakeholders
  • In-depth knowledge in security standards & regulations for payment industry and best practices
  • Experience working in an international environment


  • CISM and/or CISSP certification
  • ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/auditor
  • ITIL Certifications
  • Experience form the financial industry
