In the role as Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the strategy, tactics and execution for our traffic generating channels, such as SEO, SEM and Paid Social. You will also be responsible for conversion optimization and analysis throughout the online marketing funnel and user journey to final conversion. Establishing funnel and segment analysis in close collaboration with our analytics team will also be part of your responsibilities.  

You will be based at our head office in central Stockholm, in the Marketing team, working close with our offices in other regions. You will collaborate daily with sales managers, marketing coordinators, designers, editors, developers and analysts, and report to the Head of Marketing.  


You are a driven, open-minded and pragmatic person that takes responsibility and ownership within your discipline and field. You appreciate an entrepreneurial environment, where things are not always set in place, and see it as a motivation to create new ways to continuously improve our work. As a specialist, you will be required to educate, present and motivate your peers and other important stakeholders, internal as well as external. An ability to work independently as well as part of a team is required to succeed in the role.   


  • 1-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing  
  • Experience in SEO, Google Ads and Paid Social
  • Analytical skills  
  • Manage Google Analytics and Search Console
  • Good knowledge in MS Excel and Power Point   
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Experience of B2B marketing
  • Experience of working in a fast pace environment, especially payments or other financial services
  • Experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A/B testing  
  • Experience in Content Management System, Customer Relationship Management System, Tag management tools and Marketing Automation System
  • Other Nordic languages
