Team leader instore SMB Sales

We are currently seeking a Team leader to our instore SMB Sales department in Oslo. 

Do you want to work with the one of the most energetic sales team in the payment industry? We are looking for a role model that loves doing business and has the ability to lead a team!  

You will lead a team of sales representative, reporting to head of telesales Norway. In this role, you will have the possibility to organize and find best practice in your daily work tasks. You will be part of the Norwegian telesales team and working close together with our Growth manager, team leaders, and other sales channels such as our partner sales department. Our Oslo office is located in the city center.


  • Responsibility for a sales team of 3-6 sales representatives.
  • Responsibility for the achievement of your team KPI’s.  
  • Generate new sales by prospecting potential customers.
  • Create an inspiring team environment with performance based culture
  • Oversee day-to-day operation
  • Gather a team of highly motivated individuals working towards the targets
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics 
  • Discover training needs and provide coaching 


  • Outgoing and social person that enjoys talking and getting to know new persons and companies
  • structured and efficient: While you will spend some of your time managing your team, you will also have to reach your own sales budget.
  • You create own initiatives that builds your daily agenda
  • You think quickly and are always ready to adapt to any scenario
  • You are constantly thinking about and looking for new opportunities to sell
  • You are motivated, competitive, and you get stuff done
  • You want your team to win


  • You can sell, and you love to do it
  • You have the skills to lead and drive your team towards goals
  • Great experience in using CRM systems preferably Salesforce 
  • You need to be fluent in Norwegian and English.
