Collection Specialist

We are now looking for a Collection/Bad debt Accountant for a permanent position in our Finance team based in our Head office in Stockholm.

We think you are a great team player who is used to taking own responsibility, have the ability and enjoy calling and talking to customers and like to take an active role in improvement of customer collections. You will report to the Accounting Manager for one of the companies within the Group.


  • Investigations and Problems solving within AR Collection and Bad Debt
  • Participate and take on an active role in improvement and efficiency projects
  • Assist the AR Responsible with ad-hoc AR questions and invoicing support
  • Daily phone calls to customers
  • Responsible for the contact with our bad debt agency
  • Responsible for presentations and analyses of AR Ageing towards our Management team


  • You have a skill in and enjoy talking to customers that you will call on a daily basis
  • You like problems solving and are driven in investigations
  • You have experience from high volume or transaction oriented business, preferably from an international and large scale organization
  • You have a driven, structured and proactive personality
  • You have strong skills in Excel and Accounts Receivables accounting
  • You have written and oral skills in English



  • Experience from working with SAP
  • 1-3 years´ experience from working with Customer Collection and Bad Debt
