AML/CTF Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be the subject matter expert supporting internal stakeholders in AML/CTF-related initiatives. This will include, but not be limited to, performing enhanced due diligence investigations, supporting in transaction monitoring cases when needed, reviewing and updating internal steering documents, and supporting the development of internal AML/CTF-related capabilities. You will also provide reports to authorities and handle other government and internal inquiries. Furthermore, you will carry out targeted AML/CTF trainings for internal stakeholders.

As a team member of our AML/CTF Office, you will report to the AML/CTF Manager, whom you support in continuously strengthening and improving the quality and efficiency in our operations. This will include identifying and implementing operational improvements in our processes, routines as well as transaction monitoring solutions and capabilities to ensure continued high quality in our process execution and compliance.

  • You have a strong analytical ability and are detail-oriented, but can also understand the bigger picture and business dynamics
  • You are well structured and administratively efficient
  • You appreciate a dynamic environment
  • You embrace change and are willing to drive it

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5-7 years of previous experience working with AML/CTF, including due diligence investigations and transaction monitoring
  • Deep knowledge of, and experience of working with AML/CTF regulations
  • Experience of customer contact
  • Relevant academic degree e.g. law or business administration
