Credit Oversight Manager – Ingenico Group

Are you looking for new challenges within Credit? We are now strengthening our second line of defense, the Merchant Risk Management function, with a Credit Oversight Manager. As Credit Oversight Manager you will work proactively to improve the company’s tools, methodologies and reporting to support decisions in relation to business strategy, credit risk appetite & strategy.

The role will be based in Stockholm.

JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the VP Merchant Risk Management, the Credit Oversight Manager will:

  • Define and update risk policies and methodologies
  • Propose and monitor risk appetite
  • Develop risk & reward methodologies
  • Perform portfolio oversight and credit controls
  • Set up merchant risk monitoring tools
  • Further leverage our use of data and analytics to support decision making
  • Prepare reports to Risk Committees

CHARACTERISTICS

We are looking for a solution-oriented individual with an analytical mindset and a humble approach.

You should have developed communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a person, you are open minded and cooperative as well as curious about the payment industry and eager to learn.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-10 years of previous experience from working with Credit Risk and/or Risk Management and/or Business Analytics
  • Well-developed analytical and quantitative skills and an ability to use data and metrics to deliver recommendations
  • Experience in data manipulation and analysis using either BI Tools or SQL or both
  • A relevant educational background in mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science or similar
  • Fluent in both English and Swedish

MERITING

  • Previous experience from the Payment or Banking industry
  • Previous credit risk modelling and/or advanced statistical techniques experience
