About the Role:

We’re looking for a fantastic Business Transformation Analyst to join our Operations team. You’ll play a key part in Bambora’s business transformation; mapping out our customer journeys, transforming our internal processes and optimising our business from within. You’ll be excited to join Bambora’s dedicated community of payment industry innovators, engineers, marketers and system developers and ready to face challenges head on. Areas of Responsibility:

  • Deliver efficiencies across the business through process optimisation, and a focus on automation and creating visibility and transparency to the way we work and business performance.
  • Creating a shared understanding of what the business is aspiring to achieve using appropriate techniques such as workshops, story maps, process maps, dashboards, reporting, and other visual tools.
  • Deliver all reporting needs for the Pacific Retail business both internally and for clients and customers. 
  • Conduct workshops with stakeholders across the business to understand key pain points, areas of concern / frustration, and work with them to develop solutions to improve processes and ways of working.
  • Ensure business process optimisation is delivered in consultation with key stakeholders and enables scalability across business operations
  • Map risk and obligations to the respective business processes and controls
  • Determine business requirements and define solutions to address business, process, information and systems challenges, improvements or changes.
  • Identification and documentation of operational gaps
  • Communicate and escalate if any issues arise or deliverables cannot be met and request assistance, if required, to ensure deliverables are met.
  • Produce business cases to support investment decisions
  • Deliver monthly and ad hoc client and internal reporting using excel and Power BI. Optimise and enhance current reporting capabilities and output.

Experience:

  • Payments experience is desirable
  • Minimum 3 years hands on services related industry experience is required
  • Experience in business requirements gathering, process mapping and process improvement.
  • Working in an environment that is transforming is required
  • Advanced skills in MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word).
  • Using Power BI or similar BI tools is essential
  • Experience with Zendesk and Salesforce or other CRM is desired

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in either Technology or Business is preferable
