Purchase-to-Pay Accountant

Are you an experienced Accountant who gets motivated by a rapidly growing global company and seeks to develop within an organization?

We are seeking an accounts payable Accountant to join our Swedish Finance team. The successful candidate will be a part of a thriving, global company that is offering career progression and development. In this changing environment the day to day routines are still very dynamic, therefore flexibility, adaptability, being a team player is a must for the correct candidate.
The role will be part of the Procure-to-pay department, with an operative responsibility for several of the legal entities within the Group. Being a part of this team you have the opportunity to be creative and developing your own processes and routines on a daily basis.


JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Purchase order/invoice registration

- AP payments

- Bank account reconciliation

- Maintain approval flows

- Monthly closing process

- Internal reporting

- Continuously developing processes and routines


CHARACTERISTICS AND QUALIFICATIONS

 We are looking for a team player who fits naturally within any given team. Someone who is truly flexible, who is able to prioritize and who has the ability to look at both details as well as the bigger picture, as well as being action-oriented and able of taking own responsibility from day one.

You also have/are:

- Academic degree in Finance or Accounting

- 3-5 years' work experience in Finance/Accounting

- Knowledge of accounting systems and strong Excel skills

- Fluency in Swedish and English (written and oral)
