Online Partner Sales Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES 

As Partner Sales Manager (PSM) you are responsible for building and managing the Nordic online partner portfolio, with a focus on the Swedish market. Position is located in Stockholm. The role is divided in to 60% investing in potential new Partners for Bambora, 40% nurturing existing Partner portfolio. Your overarching goals will be signing new partners, ensure that our partners grow with Bambora from a customer and revenue perspective and make sure their needs are covered to be able to sell to and support end customers. Through continuous contact with our partners you will make sure they promote us against their customers and help us deliver on our mission “building the most customer focused payment experience in the world”. As a PSM you are also responsible of supporting Head of Online Sales, Nordics in shaping the online partner strategy and way-of-working (together with the Nordic Instore Partner team).

Key responsibilities

  • Being updated on the market trends and the needs for our customers in terms of Partners and larger customers
  • Identify new potential partners and evaluate if the Partner is relevant for Bambora to work with from a strategic and revenue perspective
  • You are responsible for taking care of you own Partner portfolio, which includes (but is not limited to):

-Maximize Partners engagement by assess, understand, respond and follow-up on daily enquiries as well as larger, more complex questions

-Check-in with partners through email, telephone or a visit to understand their needs, problems and what we can to for them, have a solution-oriented approach

-Understand which our top-partners are and work even more closely with them; visit on a bi-monthly/quarterly basis, set initiatives together and be creative in how we can grow our common customer portfolio together

-Ensure the end-to-end delivery of business initiatives and increase satisfaction with Bambora

-Refine and develop existing processes, build a knowledge base and drive continuous process improvements (both within the team and with other teams) to enable the delivery of a high standard of support to our Partners

-Maintain a work plan identifying responsibilities, deliverers and processes that must be executed to achieve results. Document and steer specific milestones

-Make sure our partners customers are as satisfied as our other customers

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Have a good understanding of the e-commerce industry
  • A strong commercial focus and enjoys creating new opportunities
  • Fluency in both the Swedish and English language, Norwegian and Danish is a plus

Meriting

  • Experience from a partner management related position and have dealt with B2B relationships
  • Payment experience
  • Knowledge in Salesforce
