JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES

Bambora is looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to strengthen our Digital Services development team. You will be a key player in an agile team and work in close cooperation with developers, the team’s Product Owner as well as with other customer facing parts of the organization. Our technology organization is globally distributed, so expect an international work environment with lots of fun, opportunities for personal development and possibility for travel. 

CHARACTERISTICS

You are a doer who enjoys working in a controlled but fast-paced customer centric environment. You thrive in an environment with tight self-organizing teams who take on a lot responsibility for the end product, but also enjoy a high degree of freedom in how the product and processes are designed and evolved.

QUALIFICATIONS

Mandatory experiences/skills:

  • Documented experience as a Salesforce administrator in areas such as profiles, workflow rules, security and data quality
  • Good knowledge of configuration-oriented solutions and overall best practices for this
  • Experienced project management skills: handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, good verbal and writing communication skills

Nice-to-have experience/skills include:

  • Agile processes and practices
