Are you a highly experienced full-stack web developer looking for a challenging role in a fast pace environment where you can develop even more? Bambora is looking for a curious, motivated and creative web developer. You will be part of a tight team and work with new development, maintenance and support of Bambora.com, which covers 10 markets globally and has an ambitious roadmap for further development. 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaboration with developers, designers and other stakeholders to design, develop and launch new features on web
  • Maintenance and development overall architecture of the web application
  • Ensuring quality and stability of the web application
  • Maintain code integrity and organization
  • Understanding and implementation of security and data protection


You are an open-minded and pragmatic person who knows best practices for developing a long-lasting, flexible and modern web and user experience. You are a problem solver who takes responsibility and are comfortable with taking on an expert role when required.  You have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team with an agile way of working with stakeholders across the globe. 


  • Documented development experience
  • Experience in converting designs to visual elements
  • Experience in CMS development 
  • Experience in programming languages like PHP & Python. 
  • Experience in front – end JS libraries and frameworks such as React JS, AngularJS.
  • HTML & CSS – Have a good understanding of semantic HTML and experience with CSS preprocessors such as LESS or SCSS.
  • Experience with template engines such as Twig.
  • Development experience for both mobile and desktop.
  • Experience with cloud message APIs and usage of push notifications.
  • Understanding of server-side languages/frameworks such as Node JS is a plus.
  • Experience with cloud deployment technologies and tools such as AWS and Docker.
  • Knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git
