Accounting Manager Bambora Group AB

We are now looking for an Accounting Manager who will take the responsibility for three of our legal entities, including the parent company of Bambora group. You will be a part of a larger finance team, based in our head office in central Stockholm, reporting to our Head of Accounting.


  • General accounting for holding companies including acquisition of shares in subsidiaries, impairment of those shares, earn outs, and restructuring operations
  • Financial reporting, year-end audit preparation, analysis and support of budget and forecast activities.
  • Cash pooling: Bambora Group is the head of the Bambora cash pooling, and connected with Ingenico Group SA through current accounts.
  • Managing loans: Bambora Group AB is lending to subs and borrowing to Ingenico Group SA
  • Manage intercompany flows such as Management fees inside Bambora and charges to other Group companies in Germany, Belgium and France
  • VAT calculation / declaration / payment and CIT calculation
  • Financial controlling will over time become an increasing part of the role
  • Super user of the group reporting tool will over time become a part of the role
  • Close collaboration with Head of Accounting, Controlling, Treasury department and Legal department

  • 6 + years of experience as an accounting professional or from auditing
  • Proven working experience as Accounting Manager or Finance Manager
  • Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations (IFRS & K3)
  • Interest in, over time, develop within the area of financial controlling
  • Interested in developing advanced knowledge of our group reporting tool, BFC
  • Solid skills in Excel and other MS Office applications
  • Previous experience from working in internationally listed companies
  • University diploma or degree within finance, accounting business administration or similar
  • Solid written and verbal skills in Swedish and English
  • Since you will be working closely with the controlling team, as well as other senior level managers, strong interpersonal communication skills are required


  • Experience from working with Netsuite, Navision and SAP
  • Experience from the finance sector
