IT Manager

We are looking for a new IT Manager to join our global Enterprise IT organization. The local IT Manager is responsible for supporting local business through global services, global policies, while ensuring business continuity and IT security. 

What you will do

As an IT Manager you will ensure continued and improved level of service to local subsidiary users and you will be in charge of management of the user environment (computers, phones) and asset management. You will handle document processes and contribute to work automation. IT Manager also communicates to users and management. Managing relationship with outsourcing supplier in charge of IT environment and drive and ensure cost optimization is included in your tasks.

Support local Business stakeholder

  • Take part in management meetings to understand the Business strategy
  • Key stakeholder in subsidiary integration management 
  • Define IT strategy / local roadmap to meet local business priorities in accordance with Group 
  • Support Business projects and manage projects of the IT roadmap

Ensure IT security

  • Comply with Group Security policies
  • Ensure secure running of local IT environment (Data, network and backup) 


  • Proven working experience as an IT manager or relevant experience
  • High communication skills
  • Highly organized, problem solving, reliable and able to prioritize
  • Good technical knowledge: helpdesk and user support, workstation management, network and system administration
  • Familiar with Microsoft environment
  • Ability to manage projects
  • Experience in managing team
  • Fluent in Swedish and in English
