On our high-performance team, you’ll collaborate and hustle with fellow team members and the sales team to deliver world-class boarding experiences to our customers; managing accounts from agreement to activation.

What you will learn:

  • How to solve problems using a logical and systematic approach.
  • How to be a valuable and collaborative member of a high-performance team.
  • How to write – and communicate – clearly, persuasively and with a voice that resonates.
  • How to assign merchant classifications through a risk based system.
  • How to carefully review, organize and track information to ensure all information is up to date and accurate.

Activities include:

  • As part of a high-performance team you’ll be empowered to organize your daily work.
  • You will process and manage real time onboarding including Know Your Customer, due diligence, and bank account validation requirements.
  • Processing and managing real time online decisions through credit risk systems while being able to speak to your recommendations.
  • Performing data entry into account maintenance systems at a high-quality service standard.
  • Determining risk classification of new merchants and approving low risk customers while balancing risk/reward factors, legal and card scheme requirements.
  • Daily collaboration with sales and customer experience team to support a learning environment and promote an amazing customer boarding process.
  • Meeting with your manager regularly to reflect on what is working, what isn’t and how you can do better. Yes, we are obsessed with learning, and constantly reflect on how we can grow.

Experience needed:

  • We hire based on mindset, not experience. If you’re someone who has these skills, we want to meet you.
  • Any credit risk or e-commerce experience and/or knowledge is an asset.
  • Fluency in French is a bonus!
