CRM Performance Specialist

As CRM Performance Specialist your main objective will be to take ownership of our CRM process and tools in order to successfully support our sales teams. You will be vital part of the Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Insights team and work in close collaboration with the Salesforce development team, our Sales teams as well as our Growth Analytics team. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Ownership of the CRM process and tools (Salesforce and InsideSales) from a sales perspective - set up in terms of sales processes, leads and account structure
• Training of sales agents in the systems and tools as well as aligning way of working among the sales teams
• Sales system/CRM efficiency improvements. Setting architectural requirements towards the Salesforce team
• Develop and adjust customer segmentation ensuring seeklists inputs
• Configuration and optimizing call lists as well as pipeline management to support sales
• Reporting on pipeline and flows in Salesforce
• Second line support for InsideSales and incidents management
• Database management (CRM logic, acquisition, optimizing, migration, cleaning, nurture re-run of data)

To succeed in this role we believe you have project management/leadership skills and also strong analytic skills but with a broad commercial understanding, experience from a sales oriented business, preferable Telesales/Telemarketing and from working with CRM (from a technical and sales perspective). It´s also valuable if you have experience gathering sales and technical requirements and creating requests for CRM functionality.

Qualifications required:

• University degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering or similar 
• 3 years of experience from sales, marketing or/and financial reporting and analytics and preferably you have a solid experience of working with big volumes of data
• In addition, you should have good experience of working with CRM systems/databases, (preferably experience from SFDC) 
• Fluent in any of the Nordic languages as well as English is a must
