As Head of Web your main objective will be to build up the Web team and lead our website initiatives. You will work in close collaboration with the Online Acquisition team, Marketing managers, Campaign lead and Analysts with the overall ambition to create a top-notch digital customer experience as well as a digital sales channel supporting our business across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for taking ownership of the website, developing and anchoring our strategy and define the roadmap.
  • Ensure that business and customer interests are represented, and that web development / product development / UX / sales and marketing teams are aligned on those needs
  • Coordinating the web development work including, UX design/user flows/customer journeys, front end and back end development and copy/content
  • Ensuring that website structure and functionality is specified and anchored.
  • Responsible for setting SEO/CRO and optimization plans for the website.
  • Participate in release & sprint planning
  • Communicate project status, roadmap and demos to relevant stakeholders
  • Establish business and web success metrics and follow-up on results
  • Keeping track of trends within the digital marketing space, and stay up-to-date with potential new strategies, tools, and channels within website development, ecommerce, digital marketing and lead generation.

To succeed in this role we believe you have the following characteristics

  • Strong experience in web management/CMS management/product management within a digital business environment.
  • Experience from optimizing customer journeys
  • Experience gathering business and technical requirements and creating requests for UX and frontend/backend functionality.
  • Project management/strong leadership skills

Qualifications required

  • At least 5 years of experience from web development, ecommerce management, product management, digital marketing and/or online acquisition with a strong track record
  • University degree in business, e-commerce, digital marketing, engineering or equivalent
  • Technical skills in order to execute on site developments, optimization, testing and integrations. Basic coding skills is a plus.
  • Skills within Google Analytics, attribution modelling and conversion rate optimization
  • Fluent in any of the Nordic languages as well as English is a must
