We are looking for an independent and driven Talent Acquisition Partner that will drive our recruitment process from start to finish in close collaboration with key stakeholders. In this role, you will provide professional candidates and selection expertise to hiring managers based on business needs. You will set our strategy for our talent acquisition and be responsible for sourcing and creating a pipeline of candidates. You will also negotiate with and be the point of contact for external recruitment partners.

Qualifications required

We believe that the right candidate has the ability and experience to handle high volume recruitment and also experience from working in an international business environment. 

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree within HR or equivalent
  • Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and verbal
  • 3-10 years related professional experience as an agency or in-house recruiter
  • Experience from recruiting different positions
  • Track record in complex stakeholder management
