Growth Analyst

 

 

We are a truly data driven business looking for a few additional Growth Analysts to further strengthen our global Growth Analytics team. You will be responsible for driving and conducting analysis and reporting to drive insights for our growth leaders to support decision making and further profitable growth.

You’ll be expected to initiate and run with projects like:

  • Conduct analyses and drive recommendations supporting our sales and growth efforts building further knowledge around our business, customers and growth initiatives
  • Provide regular performance reporting and insights from e.g. lead generation, marketing campaign activities, and sales performance
  • Contribute in the development of our growth related KPIs, set and implement standards for way of working with reporting and insights

We are looking for the person who can identify to the following characteristics:

  • You are data driven -  and turn that data in to insights and true value in our future growth
    • You’re a strong communicator – in both Swedish and English

Skills and experience

  • University degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering or similar
  • 1-3 years of experience from sales or/and financial reporting, modeling and analytics and that you have a solid experience of working with large volumes of data (in e.g. python, Tableau, and Excel)
  • Good experience of working with CRM systems/databases, (preferably experience from SFDC.) is also preferable
  • We expect you have a good understanding of and are comfortable around terms such as LTV and CAC.
