Sales Support

Do you love helping others and have great communication skills? Right now we are looking for a Sales support to join our Sales team in Stockholm. 

JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role you will be working close to both external and internal stakeholders, providing top class support to our customers as well as working closely to our Credit and Boarding team. As a Sales support you must have superior communication skills and a burning desire to help people. You will be working with some of Bamboras largest customers, both existing and new ones and therefore be a key player in our growth during 2019. This role is based in Stockholm but you will also support the Nordic sales teams.

  • Creative and process-driven: you're constantly looking for ways to make things work more efficiently
  • Used to work and deliver on deadlines

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • 1-3 years of previous experience from customer service or sales
  • College level education
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Knowledge in Salesforce

Meriting 

  • Previous experience from working with different credit processes
  • Previous experience from the payment industry
