Bambora, is a rapidly expanding organization and leader in the Payments Industry. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Agent to join our Customer Support team in Halmstad consisting of twenty-two support agents. We are centrally located in Halmstad in a new fresh office. We have our Customer Support function consist of four teams based in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland.

You will provide our customers with top class support, via telephone and email, with in technical challenges and also guide them in financial solutions. At Bambora you must be flexible and open-minded, but never let it be to the expense of details! The Customer Support team is one of the main contacts for our customers, so you must have superior communication skills and a burning desire to help people. Of course, delivering excellent Customer Service is your passion!

As a Bambora Customer Service Agent, every day there is a wide variety of questions presented to you! Answering these, demands that you draw on your superior listening skills to ensure you are able to identify the customer’s needs and solve each case without the need to forward it on. It is important that you have a solution-oriented mind-set and can see the bigger picture in the customer’s needs.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Find solutions on technical issues
  • Assist with new settings for the terminals
  • Guide customers through installations and functions
  • Help out with invoice questions and acquiring reports
  • Troubleshooting

We are looking for self-starter whose key capabilities include:

  • Incredibly service minded with a great interest and understanding in technology
  • A team player; adept at working with multiple people at any given time
  • Truly flexible; able to shift tasks and priorities in a big way at the drop of a hat
  • Creative and process-driven: you're constantly looking for ways to make things work more efficiently
  • An excellent communicator, both verbal and written, with a seamless blend of professionalism and friendliness

Qualifications required

  • Proven work experience where your superb service skills are demonstrated
  • Fluent speaker in Swedish with great understanding in English

Meriting

  • Knowledge in Norwegian, Danish and/or other languages
  • Technical oriented studies
  • University studies in Communications
  • Previous experience in a Customer Service role

Working hours 8-16.30 and 8.30-17.00 every other week. Approximately every 8th week you work Saturday 09-14.00 and the following week 12.00-20.00.

The first 6 weeks of employment will be an introduction and learning period where you, together with a mentor, will learn the ropes so you feel confident and secure in your role and can provide fantastic service to our customers.
