Customer Support Manager

Bambora, is a rapidly expanding organization and leader in the Payments Industry. We are currently looking for a Manager for our 1st line support organization in Sweden. Our Customer support function is responsible for answering all customer questions and consist of four teams based in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark.

As a manager, a large part of your work will be spent in tight co-operation with colleagues in your team, but also with the other support teams and departments within Bambora. This requires a keen interest in people and an ability to empower your team members.

In the role as Customer Support Manager you will be reporting directly to Head of Customer Experience & Operations and you will also have a key role in the management team in the Halmstad office. Your unit consists of three sub teams and is located in our nice new office in Halmstad. The main focus is to support and develop our current business, provide customers with excellent service and continuously improve ways of working. 

  • Deliver world class support and customer service 
  • Manage the day to day operations of the Bambora support Sweden
  • Responsible for driving the work of constantly improving the way we support and serve our customers 
  • Drive the digitization of our service delivery and experience
  • Together with your team leaders lead a team consisting of 25 high performing and ambitious colleagues

We are looking for a self-starter with key capabilities including:

  • Incredibly service minded with a great interest and understanding in technology
  • A natural leader, team player and humble person who focuses on excellent results and team development.
  • Truly flexible – able to shift tasks and priorities in a big way at the drop of a hat
  • Creative and process-driven – you're constantly looking for continual improvements and for ways to make things work more efficientlyQualifications required
  • An excellent communicator both in Swedish and English
  • At least 5 years of previous experience in a Customer Service role
  • Previous experience from staff responsibility and managing a team
