Team leader Online SMB SALES

We are currently seeking a Team leader Online SMB Sales to join our Online Sales Team in Oslo.

You will lead a team of two Online Sales Specialists, reporting to Head of SMB Online Nordic. In this role you will have the possibility to organize and find best practice in your daily work tasks. You will be part of the SMB Online Nordic team and working close together with our sales, support and backoffice functions. Our Oslo office is located in the city center.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and develop the Online business for the Norwegian market
  • Gather a team of highly motivated individuals to reach our targets
  • Be operative, seek and find leads and call on prospects
  • Be responsible for targets and budget for the online business in Norway
  • Assisting in the overall boarding of new customers and helping out with getting customers started
  • Support our customers with light technical support and guidance
  • Delegating customers and partners in the right direction within Bambora and securing a great customer experience

 QUALIFICATIONS  

  • You have the skills to lead and drive your team towards goals
  • Great experience in using CRM systems preferably Salesforce 
  • You are tech savvy and used to work in different IT systems
